Packaging shaped for fast food

Burgers, tacos and fries are eaten by hand and often on the move. The packaging has to hold the food upright, manage grease and carry the brand. Ekoroll supplies burger boxes, taco boxes, fries boxes and chip cups in kraft or white board, with corrugated options for larger formats.

Barrier and documentation

Water-based (aqueous) barrier coating is our main option; PLA coating is also available. Where the food needs different grease, moisture or sealing performance, PP- or PET-lined structures can be specified. Food-contact and compostability documentation is provided according to the final product specification and production route. Selected water-based coated structures are certified compostable; certificates are shared with the specification.

Which fast food formats do you supply?

Burger boxes in several profiles, taco boxes, fries boxes, chip cups and fries holders, in folding board or corrugated board. Current formats and sizes are shared on request.

Are the boxes grease resistant?

Grease and moisture performance depends on the board and barrier. We select a water-based or PLA barrier, or an uncoated corrugated board where appropriate, according to the food.

Can you print our brand?

Yes. All formats can be custom printed in your branding.

Do you supply matching bags and trays?

How is pricing calculated?
