Barrier and documentation

Water-based (aqueous) barrier coating is our main option; PLA coating is also available. Where the food needs different grease, moisture or sealing performance, PP- or PET-lined structures can be specified. Chilled and frozen use is taken into account when the barrier is selected. Food-contact and compostability documentation is provided according to the final product specification and production route. Selected water-based coated structures are certified compostable; certificates are shared with the specification.
