How do you ship to your country?
Orders ship from İzmir, Türkiye, by sea freight in containers or by road freight, depending on destination and volume. Trade terms (for example EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP) are agreed per shipment and stated in the quote.
What is the lead time?
It depends on the type of order: stock items, custom print, a mold or format change and private-label programs are each scheduled differently. The lead time is confirmed in writing in your quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the product, size, print and shipment plan and are stated in the quote. Share the product, your approximate volume and the delivery country and we will propose a program.
Can we get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples of the selected formats are part of every project before the first bulk order.
Which documents do you provide?
Food-contact and performance documents are provided per format, according to the final product specification and production route. Tell us what your market or customer requires. Ekoroll bagasse is certified TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME; a copy is available on request.
