Single wall paper cups for everyday drink service

A single wall paper cup is the simplest and most widely used drinks cup: one layer of food-grade paperboard with a barrier coating on the inside. It is light, stacks compactly and is the most cost-efficient format for high-volume hot and cold drink service.

Ekoroll single wall cups are made from white, kraft or bamboo paper with a water-based (aqueous) barrier coating, PE-free and PFAS-free. PLA-coated versions are available on request.

Where single wall cups work best

  • Coffee and tea to go, with a sleeve or lid when the service needs it.
  • Cold drinks such as water, juice, soft drinks and iced coffee.
  • Offices, events and sampling, where volume and speed matter more than insulation.

For hot drinks that are carried or held for longer, choose double wall paper cups or ripple paper cups.

Branded cups

Single wall cups give the cleanest print surface in the range. We print full-wrap logos, patterns and seasonal designs, and can help with artwork if you are starting from a logo only.

Coating and documentation

Food-contact documentation is provided according to the final product specification and production route. Recyclability depends on local collection and processing of paper cups.

What are single wall paper cups used for?

Hot and cold drinks where cost and volume matter most: coffee, tea, water, juice and soft drinks. For hotter drinks held for longer, a double wall or ripple cup gives more hand comfort.

What coating do your single wall cups use?

Water-based (aqueous) barrier coating: PE-free and PFAS-free. PLA-coated versions are available on request.

Can you print our logo on single wall cups?

Yes. Full-wrap custom printing is available on white, kraft and bamboo paper. Artwork support is available if you do not have a cup design yet.

Which sizes and lids are available?

A full range of standard volumes, from espresso to large cold drinks, with matching paper or CPLA lids. The current sizes are shared on request because the range is updated with demand.
