Takeaway packaging under France’s AGEC law
France’s AGEC anti-waste law has reshaped foodservice packaging: since 1 January 2023, fast food restaurants must use reusable tableware for meals and drinks consumed on site, while single-use packaging remains for takeaway and delivery. The EU’s SUP Directive and, from 12 August 2026, the PPWR apply on top.

How do you ship to France?
Orders ship from İzmir, Türkiye, by sea freight in containers or by road freight, depending on destination and volume. Trade terms (for example EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP) are agreed per shipment and stated in the quote.
How does the AGEC law affect fast food packaging?
